Shipping Policy
All credit card orders will ONLY be delivered after the BILLING address of the credit card is verified, no exceptions for security purposes. Most orders received before 2pm CT will ship the next day. All shipping occurs on business days (Mon thru Fri) excluding holidays.
* All Canada orders $200 and over can only be shipped to the proper
billing address.
Shipping & Handling
We offer shipping via FedEx and USPS. We recommend FedEx Express Saver
because we have the best discounts with them and we pass the discount on to you!
FedEx guarantees that you will receive your shoes within 3 business days (after
the ship date) almost anywhere in the continental US. All FedEx shipments will be shipped out “signature required” to ensure your footwear is received safely. If you have to ship to a P.O. Box, you must use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), because FedEx & UPS won’t deliver to a P.O. Box. All shipping occurs on business days (Mon thru Fri), excluding holidays.
Sales Tax
If you reside in Missouri, the current MO tax rate will be added to your order. All customers residing in Canada will have the GST, PST, & Duty added to your order total.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to International Customs Charges, we are unable to ship our merchandise to countries other than Canada. We apologize but we cannot control what other countries charge us for shipments to pass through customs.
