Returned items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION. Returned items must be insured and shipped pre-paid with a printed copy of the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM indicating the correct size or a refund.
- Full Price Items – Refund or exchange on unworn merchandise within 30 days.
- Sale Items – No refunds on sale items, website credit or exchange only on unworn merchandise within 30 days.
- Clearance items – All clearance items are FINAL SALE. This mean no refunds, no website credit, no exchanges.

What if it just doesn’t fit?
If the item(s) purchased on our website doesn’t fit, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days for a refund or size exchange. This excludes Sale and Clearance items.
If we ship you a replacement, the shipping is ON US! Please print & complete the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM indicating the correct size and return your footwear to the address on the form along with a copy of your original invoice.
What if there is a factory defect?
We guarantee our footwear against manufacturing defects for 30 days. While we pride ourselves on the quality in design and production of our shoes, mistakes at the factory may happen. Footwear returns must be pre-approved either by e-mailing us at returns@dibashoes.com or by calling 314-373-1280 during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 11am-4pm CT ). Returned items must be insured, shipped pre-paid, and include a printed copy of the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM. If the same pair is available we will replace them.
What if I bought them at a local boutique?
If you purchased your Bronx, Diba, Blink, or Luichiny footwear at a local boutique and you have a problem with fit, you MUST return the footwear to the retailer. However, if you suspect that there is a manufacturing defect in the shoe and it is past the boutique’s normal return policy, you may contact us to inquire about a replacement. All replacements MUST be pre-approved before sending them to us. Please contact us at returns@dibashoes.com for a return approval.
